We look closely at each asset’s market position, brand alignment, operating history, staffing structure, expenses and potential for improvement. This allows us to evaluate not only what a property is today, but what it may become with active ownership and disciplined execution.

SNB stays close to the daily details that influence performance, including staffing, guest experience, revenue, expenses, brand standards and property-level decision-making. Our hands-on approach allows us to understand each asset from the inside out and make informed decisions based on what is happening on the ground.

SNB is actively involved in hospitality and real estate development, including hotel projects in Kings Mountain, North Carolina and a multifamily development in Asheville, North Carolina.
We approach development with a focus on market demand, brand alignment, practical execution and long-term ownership considerations. From planning through completion, our goal is to build assets that are positioned to serve their markets and support durable value over time.
